The child came with forearm amputated with two
sites. The arm was replanted successfully and now
the limb is functioning satisfactorily.

The
patient had simple fracture femur 32 years back
and was nailed, which got infected and fracture
landed up in infected non union. After that he
underwent 28 surgical procedures. He presented us
with nonunion femur with poor soft tissue cover,
shortening of the limb 3 inches, ankylosed knee,
internal rotation of the limb 70 degrees and
severe osteoporosis.
Ilizarov single stage surgery was performed. The
fracture united with correction of rotation
deformity and lengthening of the limb.

A patient presented with non-union of sub-trochanteric
fracture of femur. He had undergone 3 surgeries
previously (fig.-1,2,3), DHS, DCS, Nailing
respectively. The non-union was treated with DCS and bone grafting. Fracture united in 4
months time (fig.-4 & 5).
